Oh my, that’s a really tough question, but what immediately pops into my head is a handmade blanket/quilt my then college roommate-turned best friend made for me back in 2003! I still have it and use it all of the time (it’s always out & I love it)! :)

My favorite gifts have been cheesy things from my husband, like a custom Harry Potter vanity plate for my vehicle and a bobble head of my favorite Walking Dead character. They aren’t really expensive things, but they mean a lot to me because they reminded me that he really knows me and put some thought into finding something that might make me smile.
