Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange or return an item?

We would be happy to help you exchange your item(s) or return for store credit within 30 days of purchase. 

Please go to this link to receive a Return Authorization Number.  Include that number in your return and write the item you would like to exchange it for (if you are exchanging).  We will do our best to exchange based on inventory availability once the order is received, but can not make any guarantees.  

  • All clearance and grab bag purchases are final sale.

Can I cancel my order?          

We know there might be some hesitation after a purchase. Provided your order has not been shipped yet, we are happy to cancel it for you.

What happens when my order is returned as undeliverable?         

There are times when a package is marked as undeliverable by the shipping method after the order leaves our warehouse. In these instances, the package will be returned back to us. When our team receives "Return To Sender" packages, our team will automatically issue store credit for the amount of the order.

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. Click on that link and get excited for your new best fashion friend to arrive!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand and shipping delays outside of our control, we will ship your order within 7-10 business days at the longest (most orders go out much sooner than that). Once it ships, it usually takes 5-7 business days to get to you (sometimes more, sometimes less), although we cannot guarantee when it will arrive, as once it leaves our warehouse it is out of our hands.

How do I use a discount code?

During the first step of checkout, click where it says "Have a discount code? Click here" then put in your chosen code and click "Apply". Remember, you can only use one discount code per order!

How do I use my gift card or store credit?

On the second step of checkout, you will place the code in the Gift Card box and click "Apply."

Can I use more than one discount code on an order?

Our system will only allow one discount code to be used on an order.

How do I edit my cart?

Click on the cart icon at the top right-hand corner of the page. This will bring up a side bar with the contents of your cart. Click "edit" and make your adjustments.
Please note: sometimes on an iPhone or iPad, you may not be able to see the whole word "edit" once you are in your cart, but you should at least see an "e" so just click on that!

Who pays for the duty fees and/or taxes on international shipments?

Any duty fees and/or taxes that may be due upon receiving a package in a different country other than USA will be the responsibility of the customer.

What countries are available to have orders shipped to, outside of the United States?

Shipping to Canada is available for $9.99 or $16.99, depending on package weight.

How much are shipping rates?   

All Cents of Style products will receive free shipping over $40, and will cost $4.99 under $40, via USPS to anywhere in the United States. Shipping to Canada is available for $9.99 or $16.99, based on package weight. All products will leave our warehouse within 7-10 business days. Express shipping is available for $8.99, those items will leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Pre-orders, pre-sales or other items that have specific notes on the listing may take longer to ship out. Any duty fees and/or taxes that may be due upon receiving a package in a different country will be the responsibility of the customer.

Can I do an exchange at the warehouse?   

You are welcome to do a quick drop-off at our warehouse Monday-Thursday between the hours of 10am and 4pm. Because we are an online company, our warehouse is not set up for exchanges or trying on clothes. If you are returning an item, please include your packing slip with the item you are returning and drop it off at the front desk. If you'd like to exchange, please leave specific details on the packing slip and we will ship the new product, if it is in stock. Unfortunately, we will not be able to check stock at the warehouse when you drop off your return.

Can I shop at your warehouse?           

Unfortunately, because we are an online company with many orders being processed at once, we are not set up for browsing or trying on clothes. Twice a year we host a warehouse sale where select stock is brought out and you can shop in person. Keep an eye on our social media for dates and times!

Can I change my order?             

Sorry, we are unable to make changes to an order once it is placed. However, we are happy to cancel an order if it has not been shipped yet.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
