CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TEAM MEMBER

OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FROM HOME

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Location:  Utah-Cents of Style Headquarters/ At home

Pay: $10-$13 per hour & up (Depends on experience & hours worked)

Description: The ideal candidate for this position is someone that loves working with customers, good at problem solving, multi-tasking, and can self-manage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a positive support experience via online chat, email, text, and by phone for our customers
  • Problem solve with customers while supporting company policies
  • Sending out-bound communications to customers
  • Receive and process returns
  • Perform other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • Must have working laptop, cell phone, and at-home internet
  • Able to complete tasks accurately and timely
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
